AD Gorwala Blood Centre collected 356 blood units during Centenary celebrations of Pramukhswami Maharaj

The month-long Centenary celebrations of Pramukh Swami Maharaj concluded in Ahmedabad on January 15, with scores of noted luminaries and spiritual figures attending the grand event. Over 1.2 crore people participated. Among them, about 1.23 lakh people took a vow to live an addiction-free life. The blood donation camps saw wide participation of volunteers. About 5,628,920 cc of blood was donated during the Mahotsav.

AD Gorwala Blood Centre of Shree Krishna Hospital Karamsad, the teaching hospital of Bhaikaka University was invited to participate in the event.

Dr. Manthan Patel and his team from AD Gorwala Blood Centre participated on 28th December 2022 and 7th January 2023 along with other blood banks of Ahmedabad. A total of 356 blood units were collected.
