Bhaikaka University celebrated India's 78th Independence Day with great enthusiasm

The flag-hoisting ceremony was conducted by the distinguished chief guest, Shri Shantilal Patel, Trustee of the Savitaben & Hirubhai Patel Memorial Foundation. The ceremony was attended by prominent figures, including Dr. Abhay Dharamsi, Provost Bhaikaka University; Dr. Jyoti Tiwari, Registrar; Dr. Jitesh Desai, Medical Superintendent Shree Krishna Hospital; and Dr. Himanshu Pandya, Dean Pramukh Swami Medical College. Also, present were the principals of the university's constituent institutions, as well as faculty, staff, and students.

 

Dr. Sonal Chitroda, Principal CAM Institutes of Allied Health Sciences and Technology, delivered an introductory address on Shri Shantilal Patel. Dr. Chitroda highlighted Shri Patel’s significant contributions to social work, particularly his efforts during natural disasters, underscoring his dedication to humanitarian causes.

The celebration featured patriotic dances and songs performed by students and staff , making the event truly memorable.
