Orientation Program for the new batch of BSc Medical Technology, MSc Medical Technology, DMLT & PG Diploma in Cardiac Care Technology
CAM Institute of Allied Health Science & Technology & Smt. L. P. Patel Institute of MLT, Bhaikaka University had organized an orientation program for the new batch of B.Sc. Medical Technology, M.Sc. Medical Technology, DMLT, and PG Diploma in Cardiac Care Technology on 12th & 13th September 2022.
The program started with the welcome address by Dr. Sulabhsinh Solanki, Vice-Principal followed by the keynote address given by Dr. Jyoti Tiwari, Controller of Academics, Bhaikaka University. She also shared the importance & role of paramedics in the field of health care.
The Principal of the institute, Dr. Menka Shah introduced the students to the history of the organization and shared other important information about both institutes.
Following that various sessions were conducted to sensitize the students like an introduction to an assessment system & examination scheme of the university, the use of the library, the importance of humanities in allied health sciences, the introduction of the mentorship program, and the anti-ragging policy of the campus.
Mr. Suresh Rajagopalan, General Manager, Human Resources, wonderfully described the role of time management in student life. The students were also explained how to manage their stress levels before and after the examination as well as throughout their student’s life.
The program ended with an interactive brainstorming and inspirational session followed by a thanks note to all the dignitaries and the audience.
