The NSS Unit of Bhaikaka University organized Triranga Yatra

Bhaikaka University, Karamsad, NSS Unit held a Tiranga Yatra in the University Campus on 13th August 2022 as a part of the "Har Ghar Tiranga" Campaign to celebrate 75 years of India's independence.

The rally was started after showing the green flag by Dr. Utpala Kharod - Provost of the University and Dr. Himanshu Pandya - Dean of Pramukhswami Medical College.

Dr. Jitesh Desai, Medical Superintendent of the Shree Krishna Hospital, Karamsad, the teaching hospital of the University roared Vande Mataram to create the spirit of patriotism among students. The rally was led by Dr. Utkarsh Shah, Program Officer, NSS - Unit Bhaikaka University, Department of Community Medicine, and covered a distance of 2.5 kilometers. Large numbers of students, faculties, doctors, and non-teaching staff participated.

On this occasion, the Provost of the University, Dr. Utpala Kharod appealed to the students that the feeling of nationalism should be retained while chanting slogans and holding our national flag.

The students of the University marched carrying the tricolor while chanting slogans of Vande Mataram, Jay Javan Jay Kishan, Inquilab Zindabad, and Shahid Amar Raho.
