Students Life in the Campus

Campus life has always been fascinating and exciting to students all over the world. In our hundred-acre campus, the students literally can let their hair down and enjoy any activity they want to. The campus includes all major facilities and has many in-door/ out-door activities that are essential for the overall growth of students.

Amenities

Hostels

Well-built designated accommodation is available in the campus for undergraduate students and postgraduate students of all institute. Undergraduate hostel is separate for boys and girls while postgraduate hostel is common for both. All the hostels have Wardens with round-the clock security. Allotment is as per the rules governing ‘allotment of accommodation’. Admission to the course does not, however, guarantee hostel accommodation and depends upon availability. Hostels house all the basic facilities for the students to conduct their personal and academic life with utmost ease.

Round the Clock Security with CCTV Cameras

Almost all the pertinent areas in the campus are covered by the CCTV cameras which ensures a safe environment for all in the campus.
Library

The University has a well-built Knowledge Centre, a two storied spacious building spread over 2700square meters, which houses separate e-library, reading rooms, computer rooms, journal and thesis records section. Additionally, all the constituent institutes of Bhaikaka University have separate dedicated libraries in their own building, which facilitate easy availability of relevant literature.

Students Activity Centre

The campus houses an Activity Centre, which serves as a one stop care for all fitness requirements. It houses a modern gymnasium, highly qualified instructors and fitness trainers, diet and nutrition experts, a huge badminton court, a tennis court, table tennis etc. along with a cafeteria service providing healthy options of mouth-watering snacks. Students of all the constituent institutes get substantial waivers on membership to the Activity Centre.
Food

Campus has dedicated facilities to cater to the food requirements of students. Annapurna – Students Mess is created to provide breakfast, lunch and dinner prepared in a way that brings the flavor of homemade food. The menu of the same is decided by Food Committee comprising of undergraduate students of all constituent institutions, changed every 2 months.

Restaurant – Surabhi offers variety of items for snacks, lunch and dinner.

Cafeteria – Mother Dairy Parlor provides quality finger food with interesting items in the menu.

Cafeteria - Activity Center offers many fat-free food including healthy shakes, sandwiches, salads and juices who want to watch out their weight and fitness.
Bank and ATM

Campus has an extension branch of Oriental Bank of Commerce [now Punjab National Bank] with its own ATM. Additionally, there is an ATM of AXIS bank too within the campus.

Book Store and Photocopier

A dedicated book store and facility for xerox has been made available within campus for convenience of all in the campus.
Provision Store

The campus has a provision store which caters to all the basic grocery, stationery and provision requirements in addition to delicious snacks.

Temple

A temple located just next to Shree Krishna Hospital provides solace to all including students.
Sports and Entertainment

A spacious sports ground with separate Basket Ball and Volleyball Court awaits the enthusiasts at the centre of the campus. All sports and cultural programs of all constituent colleges are held round the year in the vast ground.

Bhikhabhai Auditorium with capacity of 250 persons provides a comfortable venue for academic as well as non-academic programs, involving both students and faculties.
